One of the highlights of The Crossing development will be its very own “mini-marina” right in front of the property in the protected bay that forms Crossing Beach. A 120-foot dock with a “T” at the end will have six slips that can accommodate boats up to 30 feet in length and with a draft of up to 3 feet. Water and electricity will be run out to each slip, giving slip owners the option of installing their own boat lifts should they so choose. The marina basin will have two access channels, one on each side of the main dock. Between the marina basin and the sea wall, a private beach will be created so that all condominium owners and tenants can simply walk down onto the beach from three access points along the sea wall, where stairs will be provided.
